I spent years in the corporate world chasing the next title, the next pay rise, the next thing that was supposed to make it all make sense. It didn't. What pulled me out wasn't a strategy. It was sitting with men, training in nature, and learning to listen to my own body again.

In 2018, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. That changed everything, but not in the way most people assume. It forced me to stop performing, stop pushing through, and start paying attention. To my energy. My nervous system. The men around me. The rhythms my body was actually asking for.

Now I do that work with other men.

I'm a personal trainer, mindset coach, and meditation instructor working with men globally through 1:1 coaching, programming, and the Wild North community. There's no hustle gospel here. Just real work, done at a sustainable pace, with men who are ready to stop performing and start living.
